Flosculus 24th July 2017

(Exodus xiv, 5-18; Matthew xii, 38-42)

There are many empiricist who still wait for God to perform miracle. By waking up in the morning is already a miracle. Which other miracle do we need?

The scribes and Pharisees wanted a miracle. Jesus did not deny them but asked them to wait for the final and the greatest of all miracles, His death and resurrection. The salvation we received through passion,  death and resurrection of Jesus is a miracle that we did not ask for.

God does not need a like or share in Facebook to perform a miracle. God does and can do anything without us.

The same salvation we witness when God asked Moses to strike the red Sea water and it separated for them to cross. Our graves in sins are openned by the rod of Jesus, the cross. What more do we need but a constant repentance.

St. Therese od Lisieux, pray for us.
